The physical box office will only be open on Ticketed Event days & Public On-Sale days but will be closed at other times.
Hours will vary on Event days. Box office hours are subject to change without notice.
At least one hour prior to the event start time, unless otherwise noted. Times are subject to change.
Closing time varies per event, typically 30 minutes after the start time of the event.

Purchase your tickets anytime online at www.Ticketmaster.com. Simply click on the “Find Tickets” link located next to the event of your choice, then follow the online instructions.
At the Box Office
If you are interested in purchasing tickets for a Florence Center event, you can do so at the Florence Center Main Box Office located outside of Gate 2 on the day of the event. We sometimes utilize our lower-level box office which is located at Gate 5.
Credit / Debit Cards with the following logos are accepted; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Accessing Mobile Tickets
1. Open your Ticketmaster App or visit Ticketmaster using your mobile internet.
2. Login to your Ticketmaster account and locate the order with your ticket(s).
3. Tap and show. Your phone will be scanned for entry and you’re in!

Re-Entry Policy
In most cases, the Florence Center does not allow guests to exit and re-enter an event.
Security
Walk-through magnetometers will be in use for all patrons. When approaching the security checkpoints at all entrances, keep all items in your pockets and bags. If you have a bag, proceed to the designated bag check areas. Clear Bags are required. Tickets will be scanned once you are through the security checkpoint. Patrons are encouraged to arrive early and allow ample time for processing. Diapers and additional baby supplies may be carried in a clear bag.
Fees/Service Charges
All tickets are subject to a facility fee. Please note convenience/service fees apply when purchasing tickets online.
Lost/Stolen Tickets
The Florence Center may not be able to reprint tickets should they be misplaced. Only the account holder may request and receive replacement tickets. The ticket office reserves the right not to replace lost or stolen tickets.
Children’s Tickets
For the majority of our shows, all children who have reached their second birthday must have a ticket. However, some shows will require a ticket for all children who have reached their first birthday – For specific event information please call 843.679.4525 or visit the events page on this site.
Accessible Seating
Disabled and Accessible Seating is available on our concourse level based on availability, as well as companion seats. When purchasing your tickets, please make sure to mention any concerns you may have. The Florence Center will attempt to reasonably accommodate any concerns regarding guests with disabilities.
Refund Policy
All ticket purchases are final, with no refunds or exchanges.
Cancellation and Postponed Events
On the rare occasion that an event at the Florence Center is postponed or canceled, please visit the Florence Center website at www.florencecenter.com or call 843.679.4525 for information updates specific to the event for which you have tickets. In most cases, Cancelled Event refunds will only be available at the original point of purchase.
Avoid Scams
Ticketmaster is the only authorized ticket-selling agent for the Florence Center. The Florence Center cannot be responsible for the authenticity of tickets obtained through any other sources. The Florence Center will not honor counterfeit, duplicate, and other invalid tickets.
The Florence Center cannot be responsible for payments or refunds through non-authorized sources.
Ticket Resale
The attempted resale of tickets on Florence Center property is prohibited by law. Violators will be removed from the grounds and subject to prosecution.
Will Call
The ticketing Will Call window is located at the Ticket Office near gate 2.
Will Call is a service to hold your purchased tickets until collected at your convenience. Tickets purchased via Ticketmaster can be left at Will Call.
When picking tickets up from Will Call, please have the credit card used for the purchase, your confirmation number or email, and a matching photo ID to pick up your tickets.
Tickets will be released only to the person whose name appears on the ticket envelope if the order is different from the will call mentioned above (i.e., contest winners, band, or other VIP tickets, etc.).
Please note that the Box Office typically closes 1 to 2 hours before the estimated end time or intermission of an Event, and will not be available to handle will call or ticketing issues.
The Florence Center cannot & will not accept responsibility for unclaimed tickets.
