The Florence Center, originally known as the Florence Civic Center, was established in 1993. Undergoing a significant rebranding and expansion in 2017-2018, it now includes the Jr. Ballroom, multiple meeting rooms, and an oversized pre-function area. As the largest convention, entertainment, and exhibition facility in northeast South Carolina, it spans 29.75 acres and features over 79,000 square feet of versatile space. This includes a 10,000-seat arena, a 14,500-square-foot ballroom, a Jr. Ballroom, nine meeting rooms, and an expansive pre-function area.
Designed to accommodate a diverse range of events, the Florence Center is conveniently located and ideal for corporate gatherings and social celebrations. Upon entering, visitors are welcomed by a modern and sophisticated ambiance.
